Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, including your email address, account details, service preferences, and communications with us. We also maintain records needed to operate your account, such as accepted-terms timestamps, membership status, and authentication and security logs.
When you choose Google sign-in, Google provides RoboWin with basic profile information authorized by you: your name, email address, profile picture, and a Google account identifier. RoboWin does not request access to your Google contacts, files, calendar, messages, or password.
If you connect Discord, we receive your Discord account identifier and username so we can link your accounts and provide eligible community access.
How we use information
We use information to create and authenticate accounts, maintain account security, provide member content and features, determine membership access, link optional Discord access, respond to support requests, send service communications, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with law, and improve service reliability.
Google user data is used only to sign you in, identify your RoboWin account, display your basic profile information, and communicate with you about the service. We do not use Google user data for advertising, sell it, or permit it to be used for unrelated purposes.
How we share information
We share information only as needed with service providers that help us operate RoboWin, such as Supabase for authentication and data storage, Google for sign-in, Discord for optional account linking, infrastructure and email providers, and an approved payment processor if paid subscriptions are enabled. These providers process information on our behalf or under their own published terms.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information.
Data retention and deletion
We retain account information while your account is active and for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, maintain security, satisfy accounting requirements, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of record and the reason it is held.
You may request account or personal-data deletion by emailing robowinteam@gmail.com. We will delete or de-identify eligible information, subject to records we must retain for security, fraud prevention, legal, or financial purposes.
Your choices
You can stop using Google sign-in by revoking RoboWin's access from your Google Account permissions. You may disconnect Discord and manage available account preferences within RoboWin. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information, including encrypted transport, access controls, secret isolation, and minimum-data practices. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to applicable legal protections.
Children
RoboWin is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as the service changes. We will post the revised notice here and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email.
